Ziprog Inc specializes in the professional installation of window air conditioning units, particularly Midea U-Shaped models. We provide:
- Standard and complex window installations
- AC removal (upon request, for an additional fee)
- Optional bracket installation if needed
- Remote installations by special agreement
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, particularly in unsafe or non-compliant environments.
3. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed clearly on our website and may vary depending on window type and complexity.
- Final pricing will be confirmed prior to installation.
- Payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If your building requires a COI, you must provide:
- Insurance holder name and address
- Additional insured names and addresses (if applicable)
We will issue the COI before your appointment upon receiving this information.
6. Brackets and Equipment
If outside brackets are required for your installation:
- You must provide them in advance or
- Ziprog Inc can supply and install them for an additional charge
Failure to notify us in advance may delay or affect the quality of service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure someone 18+ is present during installation (unless arranged otherwise)
- Provide safe access to the window
- Disclose any relevant information (e.g., security bars, window damage, pets, etc.)
Failure to do so may result in extra charges or rescheduling.
8. Warranties and Liability
- We offer a 1-year limited warranty on installation workmanship.
- We are not responsible for product defects in AC units or third-party hardware.
- Ziprog Inc is not liable for any damages caused by incorrect use or misuse of installed equipment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziprog Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services or website.
10. Changes to Terms
Ziprog Inc may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
