1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking services through Ziprog Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
- — Standard and complex window installations
- — AC removal (for an additional fee)
- — Optional bracket installation
- — Remote installations by special agreement
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, particularly in unsafe or non-compliant environments.
3. Booking & Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
Final pricing is confirmed prior to installation. Payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If your building requires a COI, provide insurance holder and additional insured details. We issue COIs before your appointment upon receipt of this information.
6. Brackets and Responsibilities
Your Responsibility: Ensure someone 18+ is present, provide safe access, and disclose relevant window damage or pets.
Brackets: If outside brackets are needed, provide them or Ziprog Inc can supply them for an extra charge.
7. Warranties and Liability
Ziprog Inc offers a 1-year limited warranty on installation workmanship. We are not responsible for product defects in AC units or third-party hardware.
Ziprog Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
